奥沙利铂或顺铂联合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌疗效比较

Comparison of Effects of Combination with Oxaliplatin or Cisplatin in Chemotherapy of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探讨非小细胞肺癌化学治疗(简称化疗)中联合顺铂与奥沙利铂的不同疗效。方法将100例非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为奥沙利铂组与顺铂组,奥沙利铂组采用紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂治疗,顺铂组采用紫杉醇联合顺铂治疗,3个周期后比较两组患者近期疗效、毒副反应发生情况与生活质量。结果治疗后,两组患者的有效率无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗前,两组患者生活质量无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后奥沙利铂组骨髓抑制、消化道反应、肝肾功能损害的发生率显著低于顺铂组(P<0.05),外周神经毒性的发生率显著高于顺铂组(P<0.05),脱发发生率与顺铂组无明显差异(P>0.05),奥沙利铂组毒副反应的总发生率显著低于顺铂组(P<0.05);治疗后,奥沙利铂组患者生活质量明显高于顺铂组患者(P<0.05)。结论对于非小细胞肺癌,紫杉醇联合奥沙利铂化疗与联合顺铂化疗相比,疗效相同,且能显著减少骨髓抑制、消化道反应、肝肾功能损害的毒副反应,提高患者生活质量,但其有一定的神经毒性,治疗期间应加强观察。

Objective To discuss the clinical effects of the combination with oxaliplatin or cisplatin in the chemotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with non-small cell cancer were divided into two groups randomly.The oxaliplatin group was treated with paclitaxel combined with oxaliplatin,while the cisplatin group was treated with paclitaxel and cisplatin.The short term effects,adverse drug reactions and quality of life after 3 cycles of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective patients number after 3 cycles of treatment had no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）;the quality of life before treatment had no statistically significant difference between the two group（P〉0.05）,the patients number of bone marro w suppression,gastrointestinal reaction and hepatorenal function lesion after treatment in the oxaliplatin group was significantly less than those in the cisplatin group（P〈0.05）,while the patients number of peripheral nerve toxicity in the oxaliplatin group was signifi-cantly more than those in the cisplatin group（P〈0.05）;the patients number of alopecia occurrence had no statistical difference be-tween the two groups（P〉0.05）,the total patients number of toxic and side effects occurrence in the oxaliplatin group were obviously less than those in the cisplatin group（P〈0.05）;the quality of life after treatment in the oxaliplatin group was obviously higher than that in the cisplatin group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion In the chemotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer,paclitaxel combined with ox-aliplatin has the same effects compared with paclitaxel combined with cisplatin,moreover can apparently alleviate the toxic and side ef-fects of bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal reaction and hepatorenal function lesion,increases the quality of life,but which has certain peripheral nerve toxicity,so the observation during the treatment process should be strengthened.
