国产和进口门冬氨酸钾镁制剂补钾的疗效比较

Comparison of Effects of Potassium Supplement by Domestic and Imported Nmda Potassium Magnesium Preparations

目的观察并比较国产和进口门冬氨酸钾镁对低钾血症患者的补钾疗效。方法选择2012年7月至2013年7月医院低钾血症患者104例,随机分成3组,即进口组(40例)、国产组(34例)和对照组(30例)。3组患者均接受常规氯化钾补充治疗,进口组和国产组在氯化钾减量应用的基础上分别加用进口或国产的门冬氨酸钾镁注射液治疗。结果所有患者经补钾治疗血钾水平均恢复正常,且均无高钾血症等不良反应发生;与对照组相比,进口组和国产组血钾恢复正常(3.5 mmol/L)所需时间均显著缩短(P<0.05),且进口组显著短于国产组(P<0.05);与对照组比较,补钾治疗开始后心电图和临床症状及体征的改善率进口组和国产组均显著较高(P<0.05),且进口组显著高于国产组(P<0.05)。结论无论进口还是国产门冬氨酸钾镁,在低钾血症患者补钾治疗中均安全、有效,与单用氯化钾补钾相比,能显著缩短疗程并可更有效地改善心电图和临床症状及体征,但进口制剂疗效优于国产制剂。

Objective To observe and compare the effects of the potassium supplement by imported and domestic Nmda potassium mag-nesium preparations in the patients with hypokalemia.Methods 104 patients with hypokalemia in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2013 were selected and randomly divided into three groups：imported preparation group（n=40）,domestic preparation group（n=34）and control group（n =30）.The three groups received the conventional supplement therapy of potassium chloride.On the basis of the dose-reducing application of potassium chloride,the imported and domestic Nmda potassium magnesium preparations were respectively added.Then the curative effects of potassium supplement were compared among three groups.Results The blood potassium level after the potassium supplement treatment in 3 groups was recovered to the normal level without the side effects occurrence such as hyperkalemia;compared with the control group,the time for recovering to the normal blood potassium level（3.5mmol/L） in the imported preparation group and the domestic preparation group was significantly shortened,moreover which in the imported preparation group was significantly shorter than that in the domestic preparation group（P〈0.05）;the improvement rates of ECG,clinical symptoms and signs after beginning of potassium supplement therapy in the imported preparation group and the domestic preparation group were obviously higher（P〈0.05）,moreover the imported preparation group was significantly higher than the domestic preparation group（P 0.05）. Conclution Both imported and domestic Nmda potassium magnesium are safe and effective in the potassium supplement therapy in the patients with hypokalemia,which can significantly shorten the treatment course and more effectively improve EKG and clinical symptoms and signs than single potassium chloride.But the imported preparation is superior to the domestic preparation.
