摘要 目的探讨超声刀Focus在开放性甲状腺手术中的应用价值。方法选择甲状腺手术患者共95例,分为研究组(n=49,采用超声刀Focus)和对照组(n=46,采用传统电刀)。比较两组术中出血量、手术切口长度、手术时间、术后引流量、手术并发症等。结果研究组切除甲状腺的时间(26.3±3.8 vs 37.4±4.5min)、手术切口长度(38.3±5.9 vs 50.4±8.4cm)、术中出血量(13.5±1.5 vs 20.4±3.8ml)显著低于对照组(P均<0.001),术后引流量、并发症的发生率在两组中无显著差异(P均>0.05)。结论超声刀Focus较传统电刀手术在缩短手术时间、缩小手术切口长度、减少术中出血、简化手术操作等方面具有明显的优势,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To investigate the harmonic scalpel Focus in open thyroid surgery. Methods A total of 95 cases undertaken thyroid surgery were divided into study group(n=49,using ultrasonic knives Focus) and control group(n=46,using the traditional electric knife). Blood loss,incision length,operative time,postoperative drainage,surgical complications were compared. Results Thyroidectomy time(26.3 ±3.8 vs 37.4±4.5min),incision length(38.3 ±5.9 vs 50.4 ±8.4cm),blood loss(13.5 ±1.5 vs 20.4 ±3.8ml) in the study group was significantly lower than those of the control group(P0.001). Postoperative drainage and the incidence of complications between the two groups had no significant difference(P 0.05). Conclusion Compared with traditional electric knife,the ultrasonic scalpel Focus surgery can shorten the operation time,reduce incision length,reduce blood loss and simplify surgical procedure,so it has obvious advantages and is worthy of clinical application.
