The special education＇s teacher training in the institutions of higher learning is the key factor affecting the development of special education career, and teachers＇ professional development is the trend of the world teacher＇s education reform. There are many problems in special education＇s professional personnel -training mode of province, but the challenges and opportunities coexist. Through the concrete and feasible solution, we are sure to walk out of the woods and find a way of thinking.
