摘要
实践教学是帮助学生入职前实现专业知识向专业技能的转换,完成由学生向专业教师转变的缓冲与过渡的重要任务。当前,应用型高校学前教育专业实践教学在教学计划与课程设置、专业课教学、教育见习与实习活动、学院专业教师教育行为以及学生教育科研中存在着诸多问题。可以通过研究制定并实施实践教学方案、建立实践教学"导师制实践共同体"、重视专业课程课内实践、丰富学前教育专业实践教学项目及内容以及重视学生研究意识的培养和研究能力的提高等策略尝试解决问题。
The practice teaching helps students to realize the transformation from specialized knowledge to the specialized skills before taking works and completes a significant duty that transforming transitively from students to specialized teachers. Presently, the practical teaching of preschool education major of application-oriented university has numerous problems in the teaching plan, curriculum provision, teaching of specialized courses, educational probation, internship programs, educational behaviors of professional teachers and educational science research of students. These problems could be solved by many methods: formulating and implementing practice teaching plans, establishing practice teaching through the research "the tutorial system practice community", emphasizing in-class practices of specialized courses, enriching practical teaching projects and contents of preschool education, attaching importance to raise consciousness of researching and improve abilities of research skills, etc.
