摘要
中小学生心理健康教育和《体育与健康》课程教学实践表明,中小学生普遍喜欢在活动中学习、体验、成长。在全面分析教育实践和课改经验的基础上,提出一种易于操作、实践性强的心理健康教育新视角——心理运动会。心理运动会具有活动性和辅导性,适合年龄特征,便于组织运作,设计与组织过程需要树立学生健康发展理念,科学设计活动流程,充分利用实施途径。心理运动会是一种融体育、健身、健心、教育融为一体的运动形式。通过中小学的积极实践,必将成为具有一定影响力的青春、活力、健康的新赛事、新项目、新品牌。
Primary and secondary school students' mental health education and the course teaching practice of Physical Education and Health show that students generally prefer to learn,experience,and grow in activities. On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of educational practices and curriculum experiences,a new perspective on mental health education is proposed,namely,the introduction of ‘psychological games' which are both highly operational and practicable. Psycho-games boast a series of advantages,such as the activities being interesting,the guidance being pertinent,the implementation being facilitative,et cetera. Therefore,it is necessary to formulate a concept of healthy development of students,devise activities in a scientific manner and implement this method in a comprehensive way. Psycho-games are a new form of physical movement that entails elements of sports,fitness,mental health,and education. Through the positive practice at primary and secondary schools,psycho-games will have considerable influences on improving the vigor and health of students.
