摘要
目的探讨白细胞介素(IL)-17、IL-18在膀胱癌患者血清中的水平及临床意义。方法选择82例膀胱癌患者作为研究对象。82例膀胱癌病理分级:G1 37例,G2~G3 45例;临床分期:Tis^T1 35例;T2~T4 47例。选择64例膀胱良性病变患者为疾病对照组。另选择健康者56例为健康对照组。统计受试者血清IL-17、IL-18水平,并对血清IL-17、IL-18水平与年龄、病程、膀胱癌病理分级、临床分期、体质量指数(BMI)进行相关性分析。结果膀胱癌组血清IL-17、IL-18水平高于疾病对照组和健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);疾病对照组和健康对照组血清IL-17、IL-18水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随着膀胱癌病理分级的升高,血清IL-17、IL-18水平呈上升趋势。随着膀胱癌临床分期的升高,血清IL-17、IL-18水平也呈上升趋势。血清IL-17、IL-18水平与膀胱癌病理分级、临床分期均呈正相关(P<0.05);血清IL-17水平与血清IL-18水平呈正相关(r=0.328,P=0.022)。结论 IL-17、IL-18在膀胱癌患者血清中呈现高表达,IL-17、IL-18与膀胱癌发病、恶性程度及进展密切相关。
Objective To explore the serum IL-17,IL-18 levels and the clinical significance in patients with bladder cancer.Methods 82 patients with bladder cancer were selected as bladder cancer group,who were divided into G1(n=37)and G2-G3(n=45)according to bladder cancer pathology classification,and were divided into TisT1(n=35)and T2-T4(n=47)according to clinical stages.64 cases patients with urinary bladder benign lesions were selected as disease control group.56 cases of healthy people were selected as normal control group.The levels of serum IL-17 and IL-18 of all the subjects were counted,and the correlation between IL-17 and IL-18 serum levels with age,course of the disease,bladder cancer pathology classification,clinical stage and BMI were analyzed.ResultsThe serum levels of IL-17 and IL-18 in bladder cancer group were significantly higher than those in disease control group and normal control group(P〈0.01).There was no significant difference of serum levels of IL-17 and IL-18 between disease control group and normal control group(P〉0.05).As the pathology classification and the clinical stage of bladder cancer rose,the serum levels of IL-17 and IL-18 increased.The serum levels of IL-17 and IL-18 were positively correlated with the pathology classification and the clinical stage of bladder cancer(P〈0.05).The serum IL-17 level was also positively correlated with IL-18level(r=0.328,P=0.022).Conclusion IL-17 and IL-18 show high expression in bladder cancer patients,and they closely relate to the incidence,malignancy degree and development of bladder cancer.
