摘要
对食品化学课程及其实验教学进行探索和实践,通过完善课程教学内容、改革课堂教学方法、严格课程考核制度等具体措施及独立设课,优化实验教学内容、立足生活的科学方法来夯实学生的理论知识基础,以提高学生试验技能和动手能力。
The food chemistry experimental teaching curriculum and conducted is explorated and practiced,through concrete measures to improve the teaching content, teaching methods reform, strict curriculum and examination system and other independent course,optimizing teaching content,based on the life of the scientific menthod to consolidate the basis of the students' theoretical knowledge,practical skill and improve their ability.
