摘要 碎片化微资源有助于学生获取知识、提高技能。在教学质量工程和创新型人才培养的背景下,在乳制品生产技术课程的教学中应用碎片化微资源,取得较好的效果。 Fragmentized micro resources can help students acquire knowledge and improve their skills. In the context of teaching quality project and innovative personnel training, application of fragmentized micro resources in dairy production technology course achieved good results.
