云南高校物业社会化管理现状及对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures for the Socialized Property Management in Colleges and Universities of Yunnan

物业管理逐步成为高校管理和后勤服务的重要领域。本文从服务范围、管理制度、服务队伍、资金来源等方面系统总结了云南高校物业管理的现状,明确指出了云南高校物业管理存在的主要问题是管理模式落后、专业人才缺乏、沟通协作滞后、经费来源单一,结合实际提出了提升云南高校物业管理的对策建议,以期为云南高校物业管理改革发展提供借鉴。

Property management has gradually become the important field of colleges and universities management and logistics service. This paper systematically summarized the present situation of proper- ty management in colleges and universities of Yunnan from service scope, management system, service team, funding sources and other aspects. Under the summary, the main problems such as management modes backwardness, lack of specialists, collaboration and communication lag, single source of fun- ding that existing in property management in colleges and universities of Yunnan were clearly pointed out. In view of the present situation and problems, countermeasures and suggestions to promote proper- ty management in colleges and universities of Yunnan were further put forward, so as to provide refer- ence for the reform and development of property management in colleges and universities of Yunnan.
