摘要
正交编码器用于检测旋转运动系统的位置和速度。因为正交编码器具有良好的抗噪声性能,能有效消除脉冲边缘震荡造成的干扰,在测速时能有效提高准确性,所以,正交编码与解码器的配合使用实现了对多种电机的闭环控制,从而达到精确控制。这里以Multisim 12软件为平台,模拟设计了正交编码与解码器,可以较直观地展现正交编码器与解码器的电路原理与工作过程,为深入了解、学习正交编码与解码器提供了更多途径,同时为Multisim 12学习者提供一些资料与便利。
Orthogonal encoder(also known as incremental encoder or photoelectric encoder)is applied to detecting the position and speed of rotation systems. Because orthogonal encoder is effective in reducing the effect of noise,eliminating the interference caused by shock of pulse edge,and improving the accuracy of speed measurement,the closedloop control of various motors can be implemented,and then precise control is achieved by combining orthogonal encoder with decoder. With Multisim12 software,the simulation design of orthogonal encoder and decoder is achieved,which can intuitively show the circuit principle and working process of the orthogonal encoder and decoder,offer more ways for comprehension and learning of orthogonal encoder and decoder,and also provide convenience for learners of Multisim12.
