黑河市瑷珲对俄进出口加工园区项目建设情况及对策建议

黑河市瑷珲对俄进出口加工园区以项目建设为重点,进一步创新工作思路和发展举措,完善基础设施建设,为企业搭建承载平台,目前已建成投产项目9个,新建续建项目6个,筹建项目2个,谋划项目3项,使园区各项事业步入健康发展轨道。针对重点项目发展中存在的问题,提出进一步完善基础设施建设,提升园区承载能力;加快项目建设进程,促进项目投产达效;提升优质服务水平,营造优良投资环境;积极向上争取政策及资金支持;搭建融资平台,解决园区建设资金等对策建议。

The Aihui to Russian Import ＆ Export Processing Park takes project construction as the focus, make innovative ideas and new measures of development, improves infrastructure construction and builds the bearing platform for enterprises. At present we have completed nine projects, and also have six new construction projects, two projects to build, three projects in plan, this makes various undertakings of the park into the track of healthy development. Aiming at the existing problems in the development of key projects, we put forward to improve infrastructure, increase its carrying capacity, accelerate the project construction process, improve project operation benefit;enhance the quality level of service, to create a good investment environment; positive for policy and funding support ;improve the countermeasures and suggestions to the park construction funds.
