承接产业转移中的区域合作治理研究——以“合芜马”三市为例

Regional Cooperative Governance of Undertaking Industry Transfer in Hefei,Wuhu,Ma'anshan's Cases

作为重要的装备制造业基地和综合交通运输枢纽,"合芜马"区域在安徽省经济社会发展中占据重要地位。在承接产业转移过程中"合芜马"区域整体发展较快,产业结构优化明显,产业布局得到改善,区域协调性增强,但由于存在区域差异,产业承接过程中也必然存在一些问题。只有通过区域合作治理,才能促进区域分工协作,优势互补,良性互动,共同发展,才能进一步优化产业结构,提升产业竞争力,从而更好地实现区域协调发展。

As an important equipment manufacturing base and comprehensive transportation hub,＂Hefei,Wuhu and Ma＇anshan＂area occupies an important position in the economic and social development in Anhui Province. In undertaking the industrial transfer,the ＂Hefei Wuhu and Ma＇anshan ＂overall develop fast,the optimization of industrial structure is obvious,industrial layout is improved,regional coordination enhances,but because of the existence of regional differences,some questions must also exist in the process of industrial undertaking. Only through regional cooperative governance,can promote regional cooperation,realize complementary advantages,positive interaction and common development,further optimize the industrial structure,industry competition capobility,so as to better realize the coordinated development.
