岳甫嘉辨治男性不育症兼滑精验案分析

分析明代医家岳甫嘉种子验案一则,认为岳甫嘉在治疗男性不育症时,诊治、选方、用药从脾肾两脏论治,治宜健脾固肾、生精种子,擅用沙苑子、枸杞子、菟丝子等子类中药生精育种。

This paper analyzes one of the proven cases treated by Yue Fujia in the Ming Dynasty. It is argued that diagnosis, treatment and medication for infertility should be base on spleen and kidney. Strengthening spleen and strengthening kidney are the treatment principles, and seeds of different herbs such as Astragali Complanati Semen, Fructus Lycii and Semen Cuscutae can be used in the clinic.
