颅内压监测对预防重症高血压性脑出血患者术后二度伤害的临床意义

Clinical Significance of ICP Monitoring for Preventing the Second Damage of Patients with Severe Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的:研究分析颅内压(ICP)监测对预防重症高血压性脑出血患者术后二度伤害的临床意义。方法:随机选取2012年1月至2014年1月期间我院的60例重症高血压性脑出血患者,随机分为对照组(30例)和试验组(30例)。给予对照组患者常规监测,在对照组的基础上,给予试验组患者颅内压监测,总结两组的术后二度伤害结果。结果:试验组的总有效率(70.00%)高于对照组的总有效率(36.67%),P<0.05,具有统计学意义,试验组的并发症发生率(6.67%)低于对照组的并发症发生率(33.33%),P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:颅内压监测对预防重症高血压性脑出血患者术后二度伤害具有重要的临床意义,有助于改善术后结局,降低并发症的发生,应于临床中考虑推广。

Objective： To research clinical significance of preventing the second damage of patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage by intraeranial pressure （ICP） monitoring. Method： Selected 60 patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from Jan. 2012 to Jan. 2014 in our hospital and ran- domly divided into control group （30 cases） and treatment group （30 cases）. Given control group patients routine surveillance and given treatment group patients intracranial ICP monitoring on the basis of control group, summarized postoperative second damage rcsuhs of two groups. Result： The total effective rate of treatment group （ 70.00% ） was greater than the control group （ 36.67% ）, the difference was statistically sig- nificant, P〈0.05. The incidence of complications of treatment group （6.67%） was less than the control group （33.33%） , the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion： ICP monitoring for pre- venting the second damage of patients with severe hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has important clinical significance, and help to improve the postoperative outcome and reduce the occurrence of complications. Which should be taken into account in clinical promotion.
