摘要
采用传统PCR法分析了不同季节城市污水处理厂进水、活性污泥和出水中耐四环素乳糖发酵型肠杆菌(TR-LFE)和乳糖发酵型肠杆菌(LFE)所含四环素耐药基因(tet-R基因)的多样性和数量。结果表明,在分离得到的528株TR-LFE和LFE中含有tet(A)、tet(B)、tet(C)、tet(D)、tet(E)、tet(M)、tet(G)和tet(X)等tet-R基因,检出比例为0~85.71%不等。
In this paper,traditional method of qualitative PCR was applied to detect the diversity and abun-dance of tetracycline resistance genes(tet-R gene)in the tetracycline-resistant lactose-fermenting Enterobac-teriaceae(TR-LFE)and lactose-fermenting Enterobacteriaceae(LFE)separated from influent,sludge and efflu-ent of city sewage treatment plant in different seasons. The result shoued among the 528 LFE strains,tet-R genes such as tet(A)、tet(B)、tet(C)、tet(D)、tet(E)、tet(M)、tet(G)and tet(X)were detected,the rates ofdetection were 0~85.71%.
