摘要
为实现船舶节能减排的目标,针对传统的中央冷却系统海水泵能耗较高的问题,依据流体力学和传热学的相关理论,建立系统的动态数学模型,根据船舶不同的航行工况,提出系统相应的变频控制方案,并利用计算机仿真技术加以实现。仿真结果与系统物理模拟试验数据相比较,验证了该控制方案对海水泵进行变频调节,可有效地降低船舶的能耗,具有良好的应用前景。
In order to realize the target of energy saving and emission reduction,and resolve the problem of high energy consumption of seawater pumps in the traditional marine central cooling system,a dynamic mathematical model of the system was founded based on the fluid mechanics and the heat transfer theory.A scheme of frequency conversion control was proposed according to the different conditions of navigation and realized by the computer simulation technology. The simulation results were compared with the data of physical model test. The research results indicate that frequency conversion control of seawater pumps with this scheme can reduce the energy consumption effectively and has a good application prospect.
