考虑多方互动的节能减排多代理模拟方法研究

摘要 为了厘清涉及多个独立行为主体(政府和相关企业)的节能减排复杂动力学过程,为长效的节能减排机制设计提供技术支撑,本文提出利用多代理建模技术对政府政策制定与企业运营策略选取之间不断博弈过程进行模拟仿真的方法。首先构建涵盖政府Agent、节能服务公司Agent和高耗能企业Agent的多代理系统框架;然后通过对各节能减排市场参与主体行为特性的深入分析,建立代表不同实体智能Agent的行为模型,设计各Agent之间的交互机制;最后,基于多代理系统开发框架JADE建立涵盖政府、节能服务公司和火力发电企业的多代理能效模拟测试系统,验证了所提方法的有效性。 This paper established a Multi-Agent based technology framework to research the dynamic interaction of diverse participants involved in energy market,primarily including typical energy consumers,governor and Energy Service Company. First of all,we investigated the features and behavior functions for each type of participants which were treated as independent Agents. Then the decision making process described via mathematical planning model was applied for the specified Agent models. Secondly,the interaction mechanism among Agents through mutual interface function parameter communication was studied. Last but not least,the previously designed framework was numerically testified by developing the experiment platform based on Java Agent Development Framework( JADE),which was expected to simulate Agents response and work flow in a mutually dynamic environment rather than a centre-decision system. The aim of research is to reveal the nature of relationship among participants involved in energy consumption procedure and at the same time to provide a novel tool for analyzing quantified response mechanism of energy efficiency improvement for energy-intensive industries.
