MSCs移植治疗对缺血性心肌病患者左室收缩功能影响的Meta分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的系统评价骨髓源性间充质干细胞(MSCs)移植对缺血性心肌病(IHD)左室收缩功能的影响。方法以"缺血性心肌病"、"骨髓间充质干细胞"为关键词检索2014年4月前美国国立医学图书馆生物医信息检索系统(Pub Med)、美国生物科学数据库(Biosis Previews)、考克兰图书馆(The Cochrane Library)、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库等数据库内MSCs移植对IHD左室收缩功能的随机对照试验,对纳入文献进行质量评价,采用Revman 5.2软件对纳入研究进行Meta分析。结果最终纳入文献5篇,共236例患者,其中治疗组124例,均接受MSCs移植,112例对照组接受安慰剂或标准治疗。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组比较,MSCs治疗可明显增加LVEF、降低左室舒张未期内径(LVEDV)和左室收缩末期内径(LVESV)。两组间MACEs差异无统计学意义。结论 MSCs移植可改善IHD左室收缩功能,且临床主要不良事件发生较少。
