摘要
五峰汉阳河特大桥为主跨171m的上承式钢管混凝土拱桥。C50自密实微膨胀钢管混凝土的性能对拱桥的施工质量非常重要,为保证山区复杂条件下钢管混凝土的顺利施工,通过调整减水剂性能及膨胀剂掺量,对混凝土配合比进行设计及优化,最终获得了性能优良的配合比,为钢管混凝土的顺利灌注提供了有力保障。
The Han Yang River Grand Bridge of Wufeng is a steel-tube arch concrete bridge, the main span of this bridge is 171 m. Micro-expansion and self-compacting C50 concrete is essential to the construction quality of this bridge.To guarantee the workability of steel-tube concrete under the complex conditions of mountain areas, by the means of adjustment of water-reducer and expansive-agent, the excellent performance of concrete mix is obtained, which can provide the guarantee of the filling of steel-tube concrete.
