摘要
论文主要以质的研究方法——深度访谈为收集资料的工具,通过对六位没有留学经历的大学外语教师的访谈,考察了在国际化的知识系统中本土大学外语教师的职业认同观。通过研究发现存在三种职业认同:直线型发展认同、曲线型波动认同和原点型认同。最后基于类属分析得出:(1)个体自我发展的非终结性与主动性对大学外语教师职业认同具有重新建构的功能;(2)有利于实现职业目标的组织环境会增加教师对职业的认同度;(3)面对个体因素与组织因素的张力,大学外语教师在主体间的互动、交流中形成一条职业身份认同之路。
This paper discusses what kind of professional identification College English teachers own in the context of higher education internationalization. Through the research,three kinds of identification were uncovered: linear identification,curve identification and point identification. The factors affecting the identification include personal environment and organizational environment. Based on the grounded theory,three conclusions were drawed: organizational environment has a great influence on college English teacher's identification; the continuity and initiative of teacher's personal development affect the reconstruction of college English teacher's identification; College English teacher will recognize their professional role and their identity when their professional dream and their interests match well.
