摘要
当前,医院质量管理处在QC阶段,也已处于全面质量管理大环境之中,这为"二重构建"提供了条件。应重视基础管理,强化标准化管理,完善标准体系,把QC渐渐提升到TQC水平,逐步融入TQM体系之中。
Hospital quality management is now on QC stage, but has been in surrounding of total quality management, which provides condition for ＂dual construction＂. It should pay attention to basic management, strengthen standardized manage- ment, improve standard system, gradually raise the QC to TQC level, and gradually integrate it into the TQM system.
