推抹捏擦扳五步推拿法为主治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

Clinical observation of five-step tuina therapy for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis

目的观察推抹捏擦扳五步推拿法为主治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法将72例周围性面瘫患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组36例。在均使用红外线照射治疗的基础上,对照组加用常规针刺疗法,治疗组加用推抹捏擦扳五步推拿法。两组疗程均为10天,观察临床疗效,比较面神经功能分级的变化情况。结果 1治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为94.44%和83.33%,组间临床疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2治疗前后组内比较,两组面神经功能分级差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗后比较,面神经功能分级差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论推抹捏擦扳五步推拿法为主治疗周围性面瘫疗效满意。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of five-step tuina therapy for the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Methods Seventy-two cases with peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 36 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with infrared radiation. Control group was added with conventional acupuncture therapy,treatment group was added with five-step tuina therapy,with the course of 10 days. The clinical efficacy and facial nerve function were observed. Results 1 The total effective rate was 94. 44% and 83. 33%,with a difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05）. 2In both groups,there were significant difference in the facial nerve function grading between before and after treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）; and with significant difference between the two groups after treatment（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion ＂Five-steps Tuina Therapy＂has positive effect on peripheral facial paralysis.
