摘要
分析了IGBT的开关过程,针对IGBT的开关特点设计了具有多重保护功能的新型IGBT驱动器,并进行了对比试验研究以及模组级短路试验研究。试验结果表明,该驱动器具有更好的驱动特性和保护性能,桥臂直通短路保护速度提高了5倍,短路功耗下降了71%。
The process of IGBT switching was analyzed, and then a new gate driver with multi-protections was designed. The contractive researches between new gate driver and common gate driver and researches on module short circuit were also done. Result indicates that the new gate driver had better driving characteristics and protection performance than common gate driver with the response rate of short through increasing five times and short-circuits power consumption reducing by seventy-one percent.
