摘要
从设计、试制、试验及试运行等几个方面对GMC96型钢轨打磨列车用JD372型电动机进行了介绍。该电机采用三轴承结构设计,其非传动端采用配对推力轴承确保其耐高冲击的特点。该电动机性能优良,技术经济指标好,能满足高速重载线路养护要求。
JD372 motor of GMC96 rail grinding vehicle was introduced from the design, manufacture, test and operation. Threebearing structure design was used with un-driving end adopted matched pushing bearing for high shock and vibration characteristics of the motor. The motor has excellent performance, and advanced technical and economic indexes which satisfies the high-speed heavy line maintenance performance requirements.
