作为党的优良传统,拜人民为师是中国共产党人工作制胜的法宝。中国共产党在长期革命、建设和改革实践中养成珍贵的拜人民为师的马克思主义学风,中国共产党继往开来,不断地继承、发扬拜人民为师这项工作法宝,其具体行动主要体现在以下三个方面:坚持人民群众是历史创造者理论;拜人民为师要有诚心、虚心和恒心;坚持走"从群众中来,到群众中去"的学习路线。

Learning from people is the learning style of the Marxist that is formed in the period of the revolution and construction and opening and reforming. Chinese Communists inherit and develop the saluting people for teacher by these three main aspects： the people is the creator the history; saluting people for teacher needs the sincerity and modesty and the perseverance; the learning root is the persisting the ＂coming from the people and going to the people＂.
