Social Interactions and the Development of Party-masses Relationship

党群关系好坏关乎党的生存与发展,关系党的路线、方针和政策的执行情况。良好的党群关系建立在党与人民群众积极互动的基础之上,而党群关系出现问题,甚至出现危机,则是因为部分党员脱离了群众,不走群众路线,即党群互动不足。由于中国社会的快速发展,使部分党员有骄傲自满的心理,甚至有个别党员觉得人民群众的意见不重要,不能积极与人民群众互动,对于这种不良现象要严加制止,防止因为党群互动减弱,导致党群关系不能良性发展,甚至出现党群关系危机。

Whether the party- masses relationship goes well or not will affect the implementation of guidelines and policies of CPC. A well developed relation between the party and masses is based on the positive interactions of them. If the relationship goes wrong,or even comes across risks,it must be part of the party members go against the mass line and disengage the masses,i. e. lack of interactions between the masses and the party. With the fast social development in China,some party members begin to be inflated with pride and even several of them think it unimportant to consider the masses＇ advice,thus less interactions with them. It must be restrained in order to avoid sick or risky relations between the CPC and the masses.
