摘要
选取诸城市25座居住小区(已安装热计量及温控装置,未实施计量供热收费)作为调研对象,统计2013—2014年供暖期由热量表计量的用热量,分析单位面积耗热量。在特定的两部制热价、单位供热面积热价条件下,比较两种计费方式下的热费。对调研中发现的问题进行了分析。
26 residential areas equipped with heat metering and temperature control devices, not im- plemented charge for metering heating in Zhucheng City are selected as the research object to count the heat consumption measured by calorimeters during the heating period from 2013 to 2014. The heat consump- tion per unit area is analyzed. The charge for heating of two billing modes is compared under the conditions of two heat prices and heat price per unit heating area. The problems found in the investigation are analyzed.
