摘要
采用BEASY软件模拟方法,对城镇燃气管道阴极保护系统在动态直流杂散电流干扰下的提升进行研究。对单纯采用极性排流措施的情况进行模拟和测试,模拟结果与测试结果吻合较好,证明了模拟方法和模拟结果的可靠性。单纯采取极性排流措施时,管道未得到有效的保护。通过对极性排流、强制排流和接地排流相结合的方案进行数值模拟,得到电位分布云图。依据模拟结果,对原阴极保护系统进行改造,对改造后数据进行测试及效果分析,发现阴极保护系统得到提升,符合阴极保护标准。
BEASY software is used to study the improvement of cathodic protection system of city gas pipeline undergoing dynamic. DC stray current interfer- ence. The conditions using only polar drainage are simulated and tested. The simulated results agree well with the test results, which proves the reliability of the simulation method and simulation results. The pipeline is not effectively protected when only polar drainage is used. The potential distribution cloud is obtained by simulating the combination of polar drainage and forced drainage. According to the simulation results, the original cathodic protection system is reconstructed. The data after reconstruction are tested and analyzed. The results show that the cathodic been improved, and it meets standard.
