间充质干细胞在骨髓造血重建中作用的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 间充质干细胞(mesenchymal stem cell,MSC)是机体内具有自我更新和多向分化潜能的非造血类干细胞,具有支持造血、免疫抑制、促进微血管形成等功能。MSC与造血干细胞(hematopoietic stem cell,HSC)共移植可促进移植后造血重建,机体造血功能恢复加快。但是MSC促进造血重建的机制仍有争议,对MSC作用机制的探讨,将有助于实现MSC在临床上的更广泛应用。
