摘要
目的探索大学生学习倦怠与症状自评量表(SCL-90)得分的相关性及影响学习倦怠的因素。方法采用学习倦怠量表和SCL-90量表对广西医科大学250名在校学生进行问卷调查。结果回收问卷调查表232份,其中有效问卷200份。大学生SCL-90"强迫症状"得分均数最高,为3.15分;"恐怖"得分的均数最低,为1.62分;大学生"强迫症状"阳性症状比例最高,为10.50%,"精神病"阳性症状比例最低,为4.00%。大学生学习倦怠问卷情绪低落、行为不当、低成就感维度得分及学习倦怠总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),"行为不当"维度得分最高(P<0.05),"低成就感"得分最低(P<0.05)。SCL-90各因子与"情绪低落"、"行为不当"均有明显相关性(P<0.05);SCL-90各因子与"低成就感"均无相关性(P>0.05);除"恐怖"因子与"学习倦怠"总分无相关性(P>0.05)外,SCL-90其余各因子与"学习倦怠"总分相关性均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大学生学习倦怠与SCL-90得分呈正相关关系,大学生的学习倦怠与躯体症状、人际关系、焦虑等相关,因此必须重视大学生心理素质的培养。
Objective To explore the correlation of learning burnout of undergraduates with symptom checklist 90( SCL-90) scores as well as the influencing factors for learning burnout .Methods Learning burnout questionnaire and SCL-90 scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey among 250 students in Guangxi Medical University .Results There were 200 valid in 232 retrieved questionnaires .The average SCL-90 score in the obsessive-compulsive symptom dimension got the highest ,which was 3.15,while the average SCL-90 score in the phobia dimension got the lowest ,which was 1.62.The percentage of undergraduates with obsessive-compulsive symptom was the highest , which accounted for 10.50%,while the percentage of undergraduates with psychoticism was the lowest ,which accounted for 4.00%.The scores in the emotional exhaustion ,depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment dimensions showed the significant differences in contrast with the total score of learning burnout of undergraduates (P〈0.05),and the score in the depersonalization dimension was the highest(P〈0.05),but in the diminished personal accomplishment dimension was the lowest (P〈0.05) .Each SCL-90 factor significantly correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization (P〈0.05),but didn′t correlated with diminished personal accomplishment (P&gt;0.05).All SCL-90 factors except phobia correlated with the total score of learning burnout (P 〈0.05).Conclusion Learning burnout positively correlates with SCL-90 scores in undergraduates , which is associated with somatization , interpersonal relationship and anxiety,and therefore we should pay attention to the undergraduates′psychological quality training .
