Solitaire^(TM)AB支架治疗颅内后循环宽颈动脉瘤25例分析
摘要
目的观察SolitaireTMAB颅内支架辅助电解脱弹簧圈栓塞治疗颅内后循环宽颈动脉瘤的效果。方法使用SolitaireTMAB颅内支架辅助电解脱弹簧圈血管内栓塞治疗25个颅内后循环宽颈动脉瘤,观察栓塞效果。结果 25个颅内后循环宽颈动脉瘤术后即刻造影显示完全栓塞21个,次全栓塞4个。SolitaireTMAB颅内支架释放到位良好,除1例椎基底动脉动脉瘤患者术后并发急性心肌梗死死亡,其余患者恢复良好出院。结论 SolitaireTMAB颅内支架血管内栓塞治疗颅内后循环宽颈动脉瘤效果好,安全性高。
