对我国蔬菜价格监测预警体系的思考

在市场经济条件下,商品价格会随国家政策、货币价值、供求关系、市场环境、生产成本等多种因素的变化而变化。尤其是蔬菜等农产品,由于其价格受气候、自然灾害、市场环境等外界因素影响较大,在不同时间段差异较大,有时候会出现异常变动的情况。蔬菜价格的异常变动会降低人们的生活质量,使国民经济的发展受到一定影响。因此,稳定蔬菜价格成为备受政府关注的话题,应建立完善的蔬菜价格监测预警体系。

Under the market economic condition, the commodity price will change with the variation of national policy,monetary value, supply and demand relationship, market environment and production cost. Especially the vegetables, of which the price is influenced by the weather, natural hazard, market environment and other external factor, and the price is also changes drastically in different period, and the vegetable price will fluctuates abnormally. The abnormal fluctuation in vegetable price lowers the living quality, which also impacts the national economic development. Thus, the stability in vegetable price has become the concerned governmental topic, and the complete monitoring and early warning system should be built.
