摘要 铝灰是铝工业不可避免的副产物,其组成复杂,含有大量的金属铝、熔盐混合物、氧化铝、合金及其他组分。铝灰通常被认为是废物而被堆积在垃圾处理厂,然而其中的某些组分是可以回收制取高纯度产品的,处理后的残余物也是无毒的,其中可回收组分包括金属铝、氧化铝以及其他有用组分。为避免环境污染并创造经济收益,铝灰的回收再利用已经引起人们的广泛关注。本文介绍了铝灰的产因、分类、组成,着重对铝灰不同的回收工艺进行了综述,展望了铝灰回收工艺的前景并提出了相关建议。 Aluminum dross is an unavoidable by - product of the aluminum production. It contains a com- plex mixture of large quantities of aluminum salt - flux mixture, aluminum oxide alloying elements and other contaminants. Normally they are regarded as waste products and they are disposed in landfill. How- ever, it is shown here that some components are readily recoverable as high - grade products for recycling or sale and that the residues thus generated can be non - toxic. Recoverable components include metallic aluminum, alumina - containing compounds, and other useful materials. Since the aluminum production is extremely energy - intensive and aluminum dross is high - polluting, dross recycling is exceedingly attrac- tive. In this paper, the origination, classification and composition of aluminum dross are described in detail as well as the different aluminum recycling processes, aluminum dross based synthesis technology. The prospects of recovery of aluminum dross and correlated recommendations are also presented .
