摘要 通过对比分析具有不同初生α相含量和次生α相形态的TA15钛合金的力学性能,对该合金初生α相含量及次生α相形态与力学性能之间的关系进行了初探。结果表明:TA15钛合金中初生α相含量和次生α相的形貌对强度有较大的影响,对塑性的影响则不明显。初生α相含量增加,合金强度有所下降。当初生α相含量高于40%后,含量再增加对合金塑性提升并无益处。片层α相厚度增加和其排列有序度的增强使合金的强度有所提升,但片层α相厚度的进一步增加会使合金的强度下降。 The effects of different primary α contents and secondary α morphologies on properties of TA15 titanium alloy were investigated by analyzing the properties of samples with different α phase morphologies and contents. The results show that the content of primary α and the morphology of secondary α have a great effect on the properties of TA15 titanium alloy, but have no obviously effect on ductility. With increasing content of primary α, the strength decreases slightly, whereas the content of primary a is above 40%, the elongation and area reduction are nearly unchanged. The high orientation consistency of a platelets is helpful to the strength of TA15 titanium alloy, but the coarsen of a phase will decline strength of the alloy.
