双门轿车车身结构的乘员保护

摘要 汽车侧面碰撞由于其侧面可变形缓冲空间小,易造成乘员较大伤害,改进侧面车身结构降低碰撞伤害对汽车安全意义重大。文章以某款双门轿车为对象,研究碰撞能量传递路径,利用有限元法进行碰撞模拟,根据工程经验和CAE分析结果制定有效方案并进行实车碰撞试验验证。该方案使得碰撞能量得以多途径引导分散并吸收,有效降低了碰撞侵入量和碰撞加速度。通过实车试验验证,碰撞假人的伤害值得到了大幅度的降低。 It is easy to damage the passengem in vehicle impact due to the small side deformable buffer space. It is very important for vehicle's safety to reduce the impact damage by improving vehicle's side body structure. This paper takes a two-door car as an example to study the transfer path of the collision energy. Using Finite Element Method to do collision simulation, based on engineering experience and CAE analysis results to formulate effective solutions and carry out the real vehicle collision test verification is described in the paper. The collision energy can be dispersed and absorbed through multi-transfer paths, reducing the collision intrusion and the collision acceleration significantly. The real vehicle test verification shows a sharp drop in the dummy injury criteria.
