摘要
为降低在汽车正面碰撞过程中,仪表板刚度、地毯刚度及地毯摩擦因数等对前排乘员小腿部的影响,文章从乘员保护的角度出发,结合线性规划的最优化方法,以C-NCAP得分最佳作为目标,找出并确定影响前排乘员小腿部伤害值的关键因素的参数值,并且,所求得的各个参数在实际的约束系统仿真当中得到了良好的应用,说明该方法具有一定的实用性。
In order to reduce many factors that affect the lower leg injury of the front occupants, such as carpet stiffness, carpet friction and IP stiffness, from the view of occupant protection, combined with linear programming optimization method, C-NCAP best scores is regard as the target, the related parameters that affect the lower leg injury of front occupants are determined in this paper. And each parameter obtained from the calculation is used well in restraint system simulation. It proves that this method is useful and accurate.
