摘要 以轿车后门关闭力较大的问题为研究背景,利用速度测试仪对样车进行关门速度测试,得到仅克服气压阻效应的车门关闭速度为0.3 m/s。建立仿真分析所需的汽车流体仿真分析网格模型,利用CFD软件进行考虑气压阻效应的车门关闭力仿真分析,得到了关门过程中车门所受的力和力矩、驾驶舱内气压变化情况及排风口气流流量等,找到一种能准确求解车门关闭气压阻效应的新方法。 Taking the large closing force for car rear door as a research subject, the speed in the process of closing door was tested by using the velocity gauge, the speed ,obtained in the test achieved to 0.3 m/s which was only overcome air pressure resistance effect. Building vehicle fluid dynamics simulation grid model to simulate the closing force by using CFD as considering air pressure resistance effect, the applied force and torque, air pressure change in the cabin and the flow of outlet in the process of closing door were obtained, providing a new method for accurately calculating air pressure resistance effect in the process of closing door.
