高校体育公共服务的理论与实践研究——以广西壮族自治区为例

Theory and Practice of Sports Public Service in College——A Case Study of Guangxi Province

运用文献资料等研究方法,首先对高校体育公共服务的相关理论进行了简要的概述,然后结合广西高校体育公共服务的具体实践,对当前发展的现状与困惑进行研究分析,指出广西高校体育公共服务存在提供方式单一、法规制度引导缺乏、激励和监督机制欠缺等问题。认为广西高校体育公共服务发展应正确处理好体育教学与对外开放之间的矛盾:创新服务机制,扩大服务范围;制定和完善相关法规制度;导入市场,有效管理;建立和完善评价监督机制。

Using literature review and other research methods,firstly with a brief summary of the relevant theories about college sports public services and combination of the specific practices of sports public servicesof Guangxi college,this paper analyzed the current development situation and confusions,and then pointed that there were some problems in Guangxi college sports public service,including the single offering pattern,lack of guidelines of rules and regulations,short of motivation and monitoring mechanisms and so on. Considered that the development of Guangxi Universities Sports Public Service should correctly handle contradictions between Physical Education and opening up： Innovating service mechanism,expanding the scope of services; formulating and improving relevant laws and regulations; importing market,effective management; establishing and improving the supervision mechanism evaluation.
