“节奏策略”教学法在110m栏教学中的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 从110m栏专项运动技能的本质特征出发,设计"节奏策略"教学法,并以国内优秀运动员的技术统计为参照,与传统教学法进行了教学实验对比,结果表明:实验班的技评和达标成绩均优于对照班,分段时间累积和速度节奏曲线与国内优秀运动员相似,优于对照班。其优势在于,以主导110m栏专项竞技能力形成的节奏规律为核心,以培养速度节奏能力为主线,综合运用大脑和肌肉运动系统,将肢体运动节奏与心理调控节奏融合统一等。 From the essential characteristics of special athletic skills of110 meter hurdles,this paper designs the"rhythm strategy"pedagogy. The study took the domestic elite athletestechnical parametersasa reference,and compared with traditional teaching methods. The results show that: The experimental classes' technology assessment and standard scores are better than control classes,the accumulation sectional time and speed rhythm curve closer to the domestic elite athletes,better than the control class. Its advantage is that,toformed the dominant 110- meter hurdles special athletic abilityrhythmas the core,to train speed rhythm as the main line,integrated use of brain and muscle movement system,put limb movements rhythmand psychological control rhythm reunification.
