论当前我国大学教学论研究之多维困境

The Multidimensional Dilemma about the Current University Teaching Theory Research

开展大学教学论研究不仅必要而且必须,然现实中囿于诸多主客观因素的影响与制约,当前我国大学教学论研究遭遇着多重困境。盘点起来主要有:重科研轻教学导致的大学教学论研究动力不足、研究队伍不给力以及认为没有必要开展大学教学论研究之"无用论"和"替代说"所引发的大学教学论研究合法性危机。此外,研究方法不当、方法论意识薄弱也给大学教学论研究带来了研究规范化不足、科学性不够的困扰。

Carrying out the university teaching theory research is not only necessary,but also is a must.However,currently,the university teaching theory is faced with multidimensional dilemma as a result of many factors.These factors include subjective and objective aspects,which discourage the research of the university teaching theory.Specifically,on the one hand,the university teaching theory research lack of motivation because of emphasizing the research but neglecting the instruction; on the other hand,the research team is not awesome enough.Moreover,quite a few persons hold the view that this kind of research is ＂ Useless＂ and can be ＂ Replaced ＂,which lead to the crisis of legitimacy about the university teaching theory research.Moreover,the improper research methods and the lack of methodological awareness also bring many puzzles,for example,the research is not normative and scientific enough.
