“2+2+1”中高职一体人才培养模式的构建探索——以电气自动化技术专业为例

The Construction of "2+2+1" Personnel Training Mode by Integration of Secondary and Higher Vocational Education——Take Electrical Automation Technology Profession as the Example

构建高技术技能型人才中高职衔接培养体系,有益于促进中职和高职教育协调发展。"2+2+1"是中高职一体人才培养的重要模式,文章以电气自动化技术专业为例,结合实践提出了模式构建的方式原则,确定了人才培养目标与规格定位,通过岗位群工作分析所需的知识能力构建了课程体系,对中高职教材、技能、考核等方面的有效衔接做了尝试,构建了教学设计,为中高职一体培养模式的构建做了有益探索。

To construct the secondary to higher vocational education linking system of high skilled technological talents cultivation is beneficial to promote the coordinated development of secondary and higher vocational education.The ＂ 2 ＋ 2 ＋ 1＂ refers to an important personnel training mode by integration of secondary and higher vocational education.This paper takes electrical automation technology as an example,puts forward the principle of the mode construction,determines the training objective and specification,constructs the curriculum system through the knowledge capability needed by job analysis,attempts to effectively link up the teaching material,skill and evaluation of secondary and higher vocational education,establishes the instructional design,and makes a beneficial exploration for the reform of secondary to higher vocational training mode.
