An Applied Research on the Education Policy of "People-oriented Education"——Take the Course Teaching of Information Resources Management as an Example

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》提出"育人为本、德育为先"的教育主导思想。文章采用人文科学与自然科学结合的方法,发挥教育学和信息科学的交叉优势,在广泛调查的基础上,提出了一种"育人为本、四位一体"的教学方法,并进行了理论和应用体系设计。方法旨在传授专业知识、训练动手能力、培养工程素养和提高道德修养。

National medium and long-term educational reform and development program（2010-2020）puts forward the education idea of ＂ People-oriented Education,Moral Education First ＂.By using the method of combining the human science and the natural science,playing cross-advantage of pedagogy and information science,based on extensive investigations,the paper proposes a ＂ People-oriented Education,Four-in-one＂ teaching method,and designs its theory and application system.The method aims at instrucing students＇ professional knowledge,training practical ability and engineering literacy,and improving moral cultivation.
