船用开关故障模式及失效分布研究

Research on Failure Type and Distribution of Marine Switch

本文通过对船用开关在使用中的故障调查和型式试验中的寿命试验以及可靠性机械寿命试验所获得的故障数据进行整理和归纳,并通过故障数分析,得出了船用开关的主要故障模式。采用随机截尾模型和可靠度函数图形拟合法对船用开关的失效分布进行了研究,得出其寿命服从于双参数指数分布,并分别用图检验法和K—S检验法得到证明。船用开关的平均无故障工作次数和失效率不仅和船用开关的制造水平有关,而且与使用环境和维护保养有关。

In this paper, the failures of switch in using by the life test and the reliability test are collected and analyzed, and the main failure types are gotten from the parameter above. The random sample and the graph of reliability function are used in the analysis of the marine switch failure with the double index parameter distribution using the method above, which is validated with the method of graph inspections and K-S inspections. The life of the marine switch is depended on not only the manufacturing but also the environment and maintenance.
