摘要
本文研究了低温固化银浆的制备工艺,选择了片状银粉作为导电功能相,通过大量试验研制出合适的有机载体配方,制得了膜层方阻低、附着力强、挠曲性好的低温固化银浆,可很好地应用于柔性线路板和其它领域。
This paper studies the preparation of low temperature curing silver paste. The flake silver powders are chosen as conductive materials and the perfect resins system is developed through a lot of experiments on the silver powders, which have the properties of good conductive and mechanical performance, and can be used in flexible circuit lines and other areas.
