本文概括了国内外现有固态限流器发展情况,详细介绍了串联开关型及桥式固态限流器工作原理及其演变过程,对不同的拓扑进行了对比,总结了两类拓扑各自的优缺点及未来的发展趋势。
This paper discusses the developing status of solid-state fault current limiters at home and abroad.The series switch types and the bridge types are presented in detail for their principle and evolution process.According to the comparison of different topologies, the advantages and disadvantages of both types are given and the future trend is pointed out.
