摘要
教授治校是一种重要的现代大学管理制度,因而对其研究和思考也非常的关注。当前,有的学者对大学教授治校采取支持态度,而有些学者采取不赞同的姿态甚至走向反对的立场,还有些学者持一种中立的态度,当然,还有些研究是一种矛盾的姿态。那么,什么原因导致了这种现状?左右其原因主要有:内部因素和外部因素以及内外交错的因素,诸如欧美等国大学教授治校受到挑战,我国大学教授治校的现实困境,等等。为了更好推进教授治校,促进大学内部管理体制的改革,我们需要寻求实现教授治校的可能策略。
The Faculty Governance is an important modern university management system, so attention has been paid to the research and thinking of it. At present, some scholars are for the professorial governance,and some others do not agree to it,even they oppose it,still other scholars remain neutral. Of course,some researches are contradictory. What causes this situation? The main reasons are internal factors and external factors and internal and external factors intertwined. For example, in some European and American universities management by professors is challenged;university management by professors is facing realistic difficulties in Chinese universities,etc.. In order to better promote the Faculty Governance, promote the reform of internal management system in universities,we need to seek the possible strategies for implementation of faculty governance.
