摘要
分析了美、俄、英、法等国家士官教育培训的特点。借鉴外军士官教育培训的成功经验和做法,我军士官人才培养要结合军队建设与改革发展实际,建立分工明确、逐级递进的培训体系,资源共享、合力育人的运行机制,岗位对接、双证融合的质量标准和信息主导、能力为本的组训模式,切实提升新型士官人才培养质量。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of foreign troops sergeants ' education and training of the countries like United States,Russia,Britain and France. And it introduces some of their successful experience for reference,on the basic of which it puts forward a series of conclusion that China' s sergeant personnel training should be carried out according to military construction thoughts and the actual situation of reform and development. In order to improve the capability of high-caliber sergeant personnel, a step-by-step training system with clear responsibility should be built, we should establish a resource sharing education mechanism,enforce the post joint and double-certificate quality standard,and adopt an information-dominated training pattern,which is completely based on capacity.
