自制灭蟑胶饵的适口性及现场试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察自制灭蟑胶饵的适口性和现场防治效果。方法参照GBT 13917.7-2009试验方法,对自制胶饵和氟虫腈颗粒剂的24 h摄食量进行记录,逐日观察死亡试虫数,并计算毒饵的24 h失水率和摄食比;现场试验在蜚蠊侵害严重的舰船上进行,观察记录施用胶饵后不同时间的密度指数变化情况。结果 2种毒饵48 h死亡率均为100.0%,达到了国标A级,但2组试验中毒饵和饲料的比值分别为1.34和0.40,差异明显。现场投放胶饵2周后的密度指数下降80%,4-8周后即能将虫害控制在一个较低的水平。结论自制胶饵比颗粒剂剂型有更好的适口性,可在蜚蠊侵害严重的场所推广使用,实现对虫害的长期有效控制。 Objective To observe the palatability and the efficacy of the self-made cockroach gel bait in the field trial.Methods In accordance with the experimental method specified in GB / T 13917. 7-2009,the amount of 24-hour-intake of self-made gel bait and fipronil granule were recorded,the number of dead cockroaches was counted,and then,the rate of water loss in 24 hours and the rate of food consumption were calculated. Field trial was performed onboard 2 naval vessels heavily infested with cockroaches.Changes in insect density index at different time points following application of gel bait were observed closely. Results The lethal rate of the 2 baits within 48 hours was all as high as 100%,which was classified as grade A. However,the ratio of bait and feed for the 2field trails was 1. 34 and 0. 40. Great significance could be seen,when comparisons were made between them. Two weeks after the application of the gel bait,the insect density was decreased by 80%,and 4 to 8 week after medication the insect density could be controlled within a relatively low level. Conclusion As compared with the granule type bait,the self-made gel bait seemed to have better palatability. It could be applied in those heavily infested places and prolonged effective control of insects could be achieved ideally.
