摘要 中石化自主知识产权的对二甲苯装置,利用顺控程序控制多台程控阀顺序开关,以实现模拟移动床吸附分离工艺的连续运行。其中,程控阀开关时间的长短、切换的同步性、长周期运行的稳定性等因素直接影响吸附塔的压力稳定。本文以中石化的多程控阀工艺为基础,重点分析并探讨了程控阀在选型、投用调试及运行过程中应当遵循的原则和注意事项,以利于程控阀长周期稳定运行,减少吸附塔压力波动,最终实现装置的安稳长运行。 The p-xylene unit of the Sinopec independent intellectual property rights,using the sequence control program control many sets of program-controlled switch valve order, in order to realize the continuous operation of simulated moving bed adsorption separation process. Among them, the duration of program-controlled valve switch, the synchronicity, the stability of the long period operation and other factors, such as setting parameters of the sequence control program directly affect adsorbent tower pressure stability. This paper key analysis and discuss the principles and matters for attention in the selection and puttingin-service proactively adjustment and operation of the valve,on the basis of the sinopec process, to facilitate the valve run steady for a long time, reduce the adsorbent tower pressure fluctuations, finally realizes the stable long run of the plant.
